Once a deadly poisonous snake bit the Elephant Ninja’s leg. After five days of excruciating pain, the snake died.

Story

The theme park opened with a burst of color and noise, a carnival of spinning lights, distant laughter, and the metallic rhythm of rides climbing and falling. Families poured through the gates, maps in hand, chasing thrills and sugar in equal measure. Somewhere between the cotton candy stand and a towering loop of steel, an unusual guest arrived unnoticed.

An elephant ninja had entered the park.

Blending into the crowd was easier here than anywhere else. Bright costumes, oversized mascots, and excited chaos made even the strangest sights feel ordinary. The elephant ninja moved calmly through it all, pausing briefly near a carousel before turning toward the largest attraction in sight: a roaring rollercoaster twisting high above the park.

The sign read: “Maximum Velocity – Extreme Rollercoaster Experience.”

Perfect.

The line stretched long, filled with anticipation and nervous energy. People checked their phones, laughed too loudly, or rehearsed bravery in quiet whispers. The elephant ninja joined the queue without hesitation, standing still, patient, nearly invisible despite the impossible outline. A few eyes drifted over, then away again, as if the brain refused to process what it clearly saw.

Minutes passed. The coaster thundered overhead again and again, each pass shaking the ground with mechanical confidence. Finally, the front of the line arrived.

The elephant ninja took a seat.

The safety bar lowered with a decisive click. Around, the usual mix of excitement and doubt buzzed through the air. The train lurched forward, slow at first, beginning its steady climb. Higher and higher it rose, the park shrinking below into a patchwork of color and motion.

At the peak, everything paused.

Wind brushed gently past. The horizon stretched wide. For a moment, even the crowd noise faded into something distant and unreal.

Then gravity made its decision.

The rollercoaster plunged.

Tracks twisted. Air roared. The world flipped and spiraled in a blur of sky and steel. Passengers screamed, laughter and fear woven together into something electric. Through it all, the elephant ninja remained perfectly composed, balanced against every turn, unmoved by the chaos unfolding at high speed.

Seconds later, it was over.

The train slowed, returning to the station amid applause and relieved laughter. Riders stumbled out, exhilarated and unsteady. The elephant ninja stepped off smoothly, as if nothing unusual had occurred.

Within moments, the figure drifted back into the crowd, unnoticed once again.

In a place built for spectacle, the greatest trick had gone completely unseen.
